Account Manager

Role: Account Manager
Location: London hybrid (3 days p/w)
The Role:
- You will attend monthly 1:1 meetings with customers and provide them with support and act as their primary point of contact.
- Continuously monitor customer projects and customer system usage to identify opportunities for improvement and growth.
- Build product offering roadmaps for customers which are suited to their needs.
- Develop comprehensive reporting to monitor and track customer satisfaction levels and systems usage.
- Ensure that the CRM system remains up to date with client information including customer feedback.
- Attend quarterly User Groups, Special Interest Groups & Customer Workshops.
- Provide training support with customers on the company’s product offerings as needed

- This company is a software company which provides end-to-end management solutions for the insurance market.
- Their HQ is in London, and they have over 80 employees globally (most of which are based in the UK).
- They have won several awards within the insurance technology industry demonstrating that they have a leading product within the market.
- Having been established in the industry for over 10 years, they are now looking to accelerate their growth in their sales, account management and technical teams.
The Ideal Candidate:
- 18+ months Account Management experience at a B2B SaaS company is essential
- Degree desired
- Background or understanding in insurance would be preferable
- Excellent communicator, both verbally and written.
What you’ll get:
- £40,000-£47,000 basic salary + company bonuses
