The Role:
As an Application Management, Lead Specialist, you'll play a crucial role in leading payroll projects for our diverse clientele. 
From defining customer requirements to leading the payroll team in building and testing solutions, your expertise will drive confident decisions for our clients. Projects vary in duration and complexity, offering a dynamic work environment. 
After project completion, you'll continue to support clients, focusing on legal issues, training, and coaching junior colleagues.

Responsibilities:
• Lead payroll projects for new customers
• Define customer requirements in workshops
• Create payroll design documents based on standard configuration
• Lead payroll team in building and testing solutions
• Serve as main contact person for customers and support other project teams
• Communicate with stakeholders throughout the project
• Support payroll maintenance for new and existing customers
• Focus on legal issues, training, and coaching junior colleagues
