The Role: 

  • Work closely and collaboratively with account executives (also known as sales reps) to develop and implement appropriate prospecting strategies. 
  • Conduct high volume prospecting to qualify leads through calls, emails, and social media. 
  • Schedule discovery meetings & demos for an account executive to further assess a prospect’s business and potential for partnership with Medius. 
  • Conduct needs qualification calls with specific prospects as assigned. 
  • Help companies realize the benefits of AP Automation 
  • Set yourself up for a successful career by learning the necessary fundamentals to be a great salesperson, leader, and executive. 
  • Utilize an outstanding tech stack (Salesforce, Outreach, Gong, etc) to optimize your productivity and output.

The Ideal Candidate:  

Essential: 

  • Excellent communicator, both verbally and written. 
  • Full professional English. 
  • Graduate/Professional – Motivated and Driven to get into complex sales. 

Desirable: 

  • Some experience in sales (retail, car sales… any Sales!) 
  • Able to understand and explain complex products. 
  • Background in finance/banking/procurement is beneficial.

  • €30k – €40k base + €28k Uncapped OTE
