The Role:

  • Drive onboarding, implementation, and adoption, ensuring customers get the most out of the software they have purchased.
  • Proactively search for opportunities to expand accounts during monthly check-ins.
  • Deliver insights to customers and provide feedback internally.
  • Identify opportunities to up-sell and expand accounts while preventing churn and driving renewals.

The Ideal Candidate:

  • 2+ years’ experience in a CSM position in a manufacturing or supply chain SaaS company.
  • Technical understanding and knowledge to speak to customers.
  • Experience with implementation, onboarding, engagement and renewals.
  • Fluent German and English speaker. Fluency in additional languages is a plus.
