The Role:

  • This is a Head of Sales role, reporting directly to the Founder & CEO
  • You will build, manage and scale a high performing, outbound B2B sales function
  • You will manage a team of 5 existing sales reps, whilst making additional hires to grow the team
  • You will plan, create and manage a brand-new sales development team, focussing on lead generation
  • Work with the CEO to create new systems, processes, forecasting and reward structures for the revenue team
  • Be a key business leader, having input into the company’s global sales direction as they scale
  • You will utilise all areas of, as well as introduce additional tools as required to aid the sales team
  • Interface with other business areas including research, marketing, and finance to plan new initiatives
  • This role will have the opportunity to develop into a Managing Director position in future

The Ideal Candidate:

  • Minimum of 5+ years’ experience managing an outbound B2B sales function (minimum 5 reps)
  • Track record of building a high performing sales development team focussing on outbound lead generation
  • A background in a high growth SaaS/Tech/Start-up environment
  • Experience of creating new processes around lead generation, opportunity qualification and tracking
  • Extensive use of and other prospecting/tracking/automation tools
  • Ability to be decisive, implement new ideas and be a credible leader within a small, growing organisation
  • Experience in, or an interest in the sports and entertainment industry would be highly advantageous

What You’ll Get:

  • Salary up to £120,000 plus uncapped OTE and share options
