The Role:

  • Loan Officer
  • Reporting into the Head of Sales
  • Upsell on successfully converted appointments up to 90 days after close
  • Use Outreach, Salesforce and HubSpot as tools to prospect
  • 60 outbound calls daily
  • High growth potential into lending and other areas

  • 2021 had revenue of $1B and for 2022 they did $3B
  • High growth potential, they are looking to expand across all major cities in the US and you would have the opportunity to build the team in Chicago & then potentially elsewhere if desired
  • More than 60% of the staff has been with the company for over 5 years
  • Very high earning potential, high earners in the company are earning well over $1M+
  • My client has one of the industry’s lowest default rates, best customer satisfaction rates, and leadership that understands how to create a winning team

The Ideal Candidate:

  • 2 – 5 years of Loan Officer experience
  • Some familiarity around their Tech stack: preference Outreach, HubSpot, Salesforce – Hunter, proactive, driven, confidence on the phone
  • Growth minded individual
  • Interested in real estate space
  • Chicago based preference

What You’ll Get:

  • $70K-$80K + $120k – $150k OTE
