Project Manager – Germany (Remote)
The Role:
- Be the main point of contact in conveying the customer journey. about software Scheduling Prospective Meetings for Sales team
- Structure project plans and schedules by and identify costs, and develop timelines.
- Plan and conduct kick-off meetings with customers by delivering high quality, and on-budget implementations and drive high customer satisfaction
- Proactively identify at-risk customers, and develop action plans to address
- Monitor project objectives and deadlines to ensure they are met.
- Manage the risks of all aspects of the projects
- Provide monthly and quarterly revenue forecasts with detailed project billing information to help with customer invoicing
- Be fundamental in managing the relationship with the client and project stakeholders
- You will be the primary customer interface for new customers, big customisations, and at-risk customers

The Ideal Candidate:
- 3+ years of proven experience working as a Project Manager in a software company
- Track record of meeting or exceeding performance targets
- Confident, driven & work well in a team.
- Native German & English speaking and excellent communication skills
