We are a fast-paced, global, and dynamic company who are on the hunt for top-tier Northwest based recruiters to add to our ever-growing family. The company has offices in Manchester, Chicago and New York.

We help grow the tech ecosystem globally through placing Sales, Marketing, Customer Success and Technical professionals.

The Job:

  • 360 recruitment position
  • You will be responsible for managing technology clients; prospecting and winning new clients – becoming an extension of their team in order to find the best candidates, managing the process from the first touch to placement and beyond.
  • The role will require you to be able to prospect new clients through digital outreach and cold calling. You will be pitching our value proposition, attending client meetings, and negotiating fees.
  • Identifying and sourcing candidates through LinkedIn, job boards and social selling
  • To be successful in this position you have to really love working with people.
  • You’ll need to care passionately about your candidate’s experience but also growing your client accounts and building new business.

Ideal Candidate:

  • 6+ months 360 Permanent recruitment experience
  • Tech/GTM SaaS industry experience ideal
  • Motivated, team player
  • Manchester/Didsbury based
