The Role:
· Sales Development Representative
· Reporting into the VP of Sales
· Set appointments for 2-3 Loan Officers
· Use Outreach and Salesforce as tools to help you prospect
· 100-150 outbound touchpoints daily
· High growth potential into lending and other areas
The Ideal Candidate:
· 6 months – 3 years of SDR experience
· Some familiarity around their Tech stack: preference Outreach, Salesforce
· Hunter, proactive, driven, confidence on the phone
· Growth minded individual
· Interested in real estate space
· Chicago based

$50K-$60K + OTE $85K
