The Role:

Sales Development Representative hybrid-based role:

-You will be involved in the sales process from the very beginning and take full responsibility for your processes.

-You will qualify new customers independently and proactively by identifying ideal companies, approaching decision makers, and developing strategies to win them as customers.

-You will accompany potential customers, whom you have already been able to inspire for the company, from the initial contact to the handover to the respective Account Executive. On the phone, on-site, and via online presentations, you will develop a winning solution for customers and convince them to work with us.

-You will work closely with our product team to incorporate your learnings from customer interactions into our product and will be instrumental in our continued development.

-You are constantly looking for improvement and growth potential related to our go-to-market strategy.

-You contribute to our company culture and proactively make suggestions for the next team event or purchase.

The Ideal Candidate:


-You want to do your part to ensure that our earth remains liveable and that future generations can still live on it.

-You speak fluent German.

-You have strong communication skills, are empathetic and argumentative.

-You enjoy dealing with customers, are goal-oriented and excel in communication skills and assertiveness.

-You are honest and challenge us with your open feedback to develop ourselves continuously and fully.


-Professional experience in the exchange with customers, preferably in the B2B area.

 What you’ll get:

  • €45,000 – €50,000 (OTE €10k) and uncapped commission.
