The Role:

  • Promote and market the company’s business through cold calling, emails and communicating with prospective clients.
  • Research and evaluate leads/ prospects through CRM and web research.
  • Meet & exceed the expected quota of minimum 50 calls/ 30 emails per day with 7 – 9 connects.
  • Schedule the most qualified and productive demos and provide in-depth information to the Sales team.
  • Maintain all contacts and opportunities and record all progress in Salesforce.
  • Owning prospecting, lead generation, sales qualification, and initial customer calls to ensure the team meets annual revenue targets.
  • Conducting market research to identity new and potential sectors, organisations, and functions for the product.
  • Running targeted outbound campaigns to generate new leads across different sectors, geographies and functions.
  • Managing the complete outbound sales funnel, talk to prospects, understanding their requirements and qualifying them.
  • Identifying qualified prospects and navigate company structures to identity decision-makers.
  • Tie up leads that will turn into business through persistence.

The Ideal Candidate:

  • 2 – 3+ years of experience as SDR in B2B SaaS industry
  • Experience operating in highly metrics-driven environment.
  • Understanding of the application of data and decision-making process within large enterprises.
  • Ability to think quickly, creatively personalize interactions & delivering tailored experiences.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Fluent in German & English, excellent written and verbal communication skills

What You’ll Get:

  • Up to €35,000 Basic + 5k – 10k OTE

Process:

3 Stage Interview Process:

  • 1st Interview – Interview on Teams – 30 minutes, General Discussion – (Senior Manager Business Development & Director Europe & Latin America)
  • 2nd Interview – Interview on Teams – 60 minutes, Scenario (Head of Sales – EMEA)
  • 3rd Interview – Interview on Teams – 30 minutes, (Global VP of Revenue)
