Role Responsibilities:

  • Full sales cycle targeting the UK agency/staffing market.
  • New business sales role, responsible for prospecting, qualifying, and closing net new logo customers across the UK territory.
  • Collaboration with marketing and sales development teams.
  • Personal territory planning and self-prospecting.
  • Reporting and forecasting through Salesforce CRM tools.

 

Person Profile:

  • Energetic, driven, ambitious, team player, coachable, proactive – a go-getter.
  • Experience in enterprise sales, preferably in staffing or recruitment technology.
  • Strong negotiation skills, comfortable engaging with C-level executives and HR professionals.
  • Ability to work independently, with a strategic mindset and a focus on results.
  • Familiarity with the HR, recruitment, or staffing industry is essential.

 

Interview Process:

1st – 1:1 with Hiring manager

2nd and final – Presentation with task plus Q&A
