The Role:

  • You will be an integral part of a new sales team within the wider company, driving new business and building lasting relationships with clients.
  • Outbound pipeline generation and following up on leads.
  • Run product demos and discoveries to understand customer pain-points and create value.
  • Become an industry expert to generate new insights and deliver on customer’s needs.
  • Proactively monitor your performance and own your success.

The Ideal Candidate:

  • 2+ years new business experience in a growing SaaS company.
  • Strong outbound experience and experience closing.
  • Proven track record of success.
  • Ideally some experience with larger/enterprise deals.
  • Knowledge of working in an industry-specific SaaS environment.
  • Seeing your clients as partners and ensuring their pain-points are met.
  • Driven individual who enjoys being part of a team and transparency.
  • Asynchronous communication experience highly advantageous.
  • Experience using a CRM and tracking deals.
  • Flexible individual who can adapt easily to new situations.
  • Fluent German and English speaker.
