Daxtra - Sales Executive

The Role:

You will play a pivotal role in driving new business growth across the DACH territory. Reporting to the Head of Sales EMEA, you will be responsible for the full sales cycle, from identifying and prospecting to qualifying and closing net new logo customers. This role requires a proactive and ambitious individual who can develop personal territory plans, self-prospect, and contribute to the expansion of our client base. Utilise the support of our well-established marketing department and in-house sales development reps, coupled with various technology platforms and Salesforce CRM tools.

The Ideal Candidate:

  • 2-3+ years of new business closing software sales experience
  • Preference for recruitment/HR technologies or ex recruiter who’d moved in to tech sales
  • Open to new business, SaaS profiles with a proven track record of sales

Salary: £90K- £110k base, double OTE uncapped plus benefits
