The Role:

  • Managing the sales pipeline: planning & delivering a strategic & successful sales pipeline from start to finish.
  • Running demos: Managing online demos with potential clients, and making it highly personalised for each client use case.
  • Contributing to team strategy: working closely with senior team members to develop team strategy (i.e. how we price our product, who we sell to and when).
  • Mentoring junior team members: assisting with ongoing training & development of junior team members, with potential to move into line management depending on the individual.

The Ideal Candidate:

  • We’re looking for someone with a minimum of 2+ years in B2B Sales (closing role).
  • We’d also love to see some your proven track record of smashing your KPIs and some SaaS experience.
  • Proactive/ambitious: you love suggesting ways to do things better & are driven by your targets and your own personal growth!
  • A natural people-person: a great listener, emotionally intelligent, and great at getting to know all different personalities.
  • Quick thinker: you pick things up fast, and you’re able to remain calm under pressure.
  • Resilient: you’re able to bounce back after a set-back and proactively learn from your mistakes.
