Job Title: Senior Technical Account Manager – AI SaaS – East Coast US

The Role:

• Senior Technical Account Management role, acting as your client’s Delivery Lieutenant
• Work closely with large banking customers on product deployments
• Manage large-scale implementations and projects onsite and remotely
• Conduct calls with authority, ensuring all stakeholders understand their responsibilities and meet goals within set timelines
• Collaborate with C-level leaders at Investment Banks and technical engineering teams
• Serve as the company’s voice to clients, acting as an enterprise project manager
