The Role:

  • Support the sales operations and sales enablement for the wider business
  • Scope of role includes but is not limited to: backend support for Outreach, Salesforce and Salesloft
  • Will also handle forecasting, training and development, process documentation and data analytics
  • Work within the database to create leads for the sales development team
  • Success of role is measured through quality of leads produced and data accuracy
  • Likely will have the opportunity to grow out a team in the future

The Ideal Candidate:

  • 7+ years in a Sales/Revenue Operations role
  • Experience of leading a small team
  • Knowledge around the tech stack: Outreach, HubSpot, Salesforce, PowerBI, Tableau
  • Comfortable with analysis and KPI setting
  • Can come from software, consulting, or financial services
  • Growth minded individual
  • Based in Chicago
