Business Development Representative
Medius BDR
The Role:
- Work closely and collaboratively with account executives (also known as sales reps) to develop and implement appropriate prospecting strategies.
- Conduct high volume prospecting to qualify leads through calls, emails, and social media.
- Schedule discovery meetings & demos for an account executive to further assess a prospect’s business and potential for partnership with Medius.
- Conduct needs qualification calls with specific prospects as assigned.
- Help companies realize the benefits of AP Automation
- Set yourself up for a successful career by learning the necessary fundamentals to be a great salesperson, leader, and executive.
- Utilize an outstanding tech stack (Salesforce, Outreach, Gong, etc) to optimize your productivity and output.

The Ideal Candidate:
Essential:
- Excellent communicator, both verbally and written.
- Full professional English.
- Graduate/Professional – Motivated and Driven to get into complex sales.
Desirable:
- Some experience in sales (retail, car sales… any Sales!)
- Able to understand and explain complex products.
- Background in finance/banking/procurement is beneficial.
What you’ll get:
- £25,000 – £30,000 base with £47,000 – £52,000 as an overall OTE (uncapped)
