Business Development Representative
The Role:
- As part of the sales team, you will learn how to present and sell complex solutions to large companies with many contacts.
- You will identify potential customers, create individual concepts for them and accompany the process until signing allowing you an insight into the entire sales cycle.
- As an entrepreneurial thinker you collaborate across departments and work closely with the Founders to ensure the success of the German market entry.
- You work closely with the Operations Team to ensure success of all projects.

The Ideal Candidate:
- You are a people-person and comfortable working on multiple projects at once.
- You are curious, a keen learner, communicate well and know how to prioritise your tasks.
- Full training will be provided so you don’t need any previous sales experience.
- You are willing to travel frequently and have a technical affinity.
- Fluency in German and English is required.
What You’ll Get:
- 42,000€ base + 12,000€ uncapped OTE.
