Customer Success Manager

The Role:
· Drive onboarding, implementation, and adoption, ensuring customers get the most out of the software they have purchased.
· Proactively search for opportunities to expand accounts during monthly check-ins.
· Deliver insights to customers and provide feedback internally.
· Identify opportunities to up-sell and expand accounts while preventing churn and driving renewals.

The Ideal Candidate:
· 2+ years’ experience in a CSM position in a manufacturing or supply chain SaaS company.
· Technical understanding and knowledge to speak to customers.
· Experience with implementation, onboarding, engagement and renewals.
· Fluent German and English speaker. Fluency in additional languages is a plus (French).
