Job Title: Senior Product Manager
Location: Remote (Europe)
Salary: €70,000-€80,000 + Bonus + Stock Options

The Role:

• Balance both strategy and operations
• Formalize, enrich, and update the product vision and translate it into a regularly updated roadmap
• Cultivate a missionary product culture within the organization
• Identify major market trends and potential product evolutions
• Identify user pains and define simple solutions for complex problems
• Ensure the development and improvement of the platform, following roadmap milestones
• Support and challenge the development team in preparing and monitoring developments
• Manage and support product design in creating models and workflows (UX/UI)
• Write and prioritize user stories, maintaining an updated backlog
• Ensure product consistency at the intersection of business, IT, and design
• Communicate with all stakeholders, creating a team dynamic and embodying the product vision
• Implement and measure relevant statistics and insights to iterate and improve the product

Location:

• Fully remote within Europe
• Monthly team meetings in Paris
• Quarterly 3-day seminars in Paris

You Should Apply If:

• You have 5-10 years of experience in product management in B2B SaaS
• Experience within Influencer Marketing or Social Media SaaS is essential
• You have experience implementing product methodologies and processes
• You are fluent in English and another language
• You have a hands-on approach, balancing strategic and operational issues to structure the product process while rapidly solving challenges
• You have a solution-oriented mindset, facing challenges with enthusiasm
