Job Title: Sales Development Representative
Location: Hamburg hybrid
The Role:
- As an important member of our sales team, you take care of crucial elements of the sales cycle.
- You talk to businesses to find out where they are lacking in digitalisation and pitch.
- You coordinate appointments with our future customers and our internal experts for a product demonstration.
- You take care of businesses that have not been able to take full advantage of their test phase and help them to get back on track in terms of digitalisation.
- We are naturally driven by our KPIs, and you will also keep a constant eye on them and thus contribute to steady growth.

The Ideal Candidate:
- You enjoy sales and the daily contact with different people makes you happy.
- Entrepreneurial, independent thinking and acting and strong communication skills.
- Confident demeanour and communication experience & always a smile on your lips.
- Optional: Degree in business administration, commercial training and initial experience in sales or a start-up environment (career changers are also welcome).
- Ideally experience in dealing with web application, especially CRM systems (Salesforce, Hubspot, etc.) and project management (Asana, Jira, Zendesk, …).
- Fluency in German and English required.
