Sales Development Representative
Sciforma - SDR Inbound
The Role:
- Qualifying inbound leads for assigned territory with a focus on velocity and setting up sales qualified appointments using Salesforce.
- Reporting to SDR Manager with weekly, monthly, quarterly results.
- Promote and market the company business through extensive and persistent calling, emails and communications to prospective clients.
- Scheduling Prospecting Meetings for Sales Team
- Providing in depth information to the Sales Team to enable the most qualified and productive demos.
- Research and evaluate additional leads/ prospects though web research.
- Maintain all contacts/ opportunities and record all progress in Salesforce.

The Ideal Candidate:
- 2+ years of proven experience working as an SDR/ BDR
- Background in B2B SaaS or familiar field
- Familiar working with CRM software and sales automation tools
- Experience working with Salesforce, ZoomInfo or Sales Navigator
- Track record of meeting or exceeding performance targets
- Confident, driven & work well in a team
- Fluent German & English speaking and excellent communication skills
What You’ll Get:
- Up to €50,000 – €60,000 Basic with €10,000+ OTE
Process:
- 2 Stage Interview Process:
- 1st – 30 – 45 minutes teams call – HR Manager – Get to know
- 2nd – 45 – 60 minutes teams call – SDR Manager – In depth interview into experience, motivations, target achievements and introduction into the company and the solution sold.
- 3rd – 30 – 45 mins teams call – CMO – General interview.
