The Role:

  • Managing internal sales processes including processing orders, contracts and quote generation.
  • Generating and tracking sales leads and procedure reports using the CRM database procedures.
  • Achieve monthly KPIs of prospects contacted, pipeline generated, and sales closed.
  • Maintain clear and accurate understanding of educational market and government educational policies, enabling the business to maximise business and growth opportunities.
  • Acting as the ambassador of the organisation.

The Ideal Candidate:

  • 1 – 2+ years of experience in customer facing in role such as Account Manager or Sales Executive.
  • Experience selling into education sector or awareness of the educational landscape.
  • Experience working in fast-paced, target driven environment and working with high-performing team.
  • Experience using CRM and administration and ordering systems.
  • Excellent communication skill and able to build relationships.
  • Commercial acumen, articulate and numerate.
  • KPI driven, tenacious, data and numbers focused.

What You’ll Get:

  • £25,000 – £30,000 Basic with £75,000 – £80,000 OT

Process:

3 Stage Interview Process:
  • 1st Interview – Teams – 30 minutes – Sales Manager – Get to know.
  • 2nd Interview – On Site – 60 minutes (Sales Manager & BD Director) – Presentation.
