The Role:
- Using Salesforce to qualifying outbound leads for Sales Executives
- Scheduling Prospective Meetings for Sales team
- Promote and market company through calling, emails &communicating to prospective clients.
- Reporting results into SDR Manager on a weekly, monthly and quarterly basis
- Research and evaluate additional leads and prospects through web research.
- Using Salesforce to record all progress and maintain all contacts and opportunities.
- Meeting and exceeding weekly and monthly performance targets which include lead generation, conversion rates and call volume.

The Ideal Candidate:
- 2+ years of proven experience working as an SDR/ BDR (outbound)
- Background in B2B SaaS or familiar field
- Familiar working with CRM software and sales automation tools
- Experience working with Salesforce, ZoomInfo or Sales Navigator
- Track record of meeting or exceeding performance targets
- Confident, driven & work well in a team.
- Fluent German & English speaking and excellent communication skills
What You’ll Get:
- £55,000 – £65,000 Basic with Uncapped Commission

3 Stage Interview Process:
- 1st Interview – Teams – 60 minutes – Recruitment Specialist – Get to know
- 2nd Interview – Teams – 60 minutes (SDR Manager) – Role Play
- 3rd Interview – Teams – 45 – 60 minutes – CMO – General Interview
