Job Title: Senior SAP HR/HCM Consultant

Location: Poland (remote)

The Role:

We are seeking a Senior SAP HR/HCM Consultant to join our team in Katowice, Poland. In this role, you will be responsible for the development, testing, and maintenance of SAP HR/HCM systems, primarily focusing on Time Management and Payroll modules for Polish clients. Your duties will include new client implementations, existing client support, customization and development of new functionalities, documentation, and providing high-level technical support across various teams.

The Ideal Candidate:

• A university degree
• Over 3 years of experience in SAP HR/HCM configuration, with expertise in Time Management and Payroll modules for Poland
• Experience in an international environment is advantageous
• Excellent written and oral communication skills in English
• Strong IT skills, including proficiency in MS Office
• A team-oriented mindset
