Job Title: Business Development Representative (BDR)
Location: Remote in Netherlands


The Role: As a Business Development Representative (BDR), you will work closely and collaboratively with account executives to develop and implement appropriate prospecting strategies in the Benelux territory. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Conducting high-volume prospecting to qualify leads through calls, emails, and social media
  • Scheduling discovery meetings & demos for an account executive to further assess a prospect’s business and potential for partnership
  • Conducting needs qualification calls with specific prospects as assigned
  • Helping companies realize the benefits of AP Automation
  • Setting yourself up for a successful career by learning the necessary fundamentals to be a great salesperson, leader, and executive
  • Utilizing an outstanding tech stack (Salesforce, Outreach, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Cognism, Gong, etc.) to optimize your productivity and output

Reporting to: Business Development Director
Markets: Benelux
Level of Negotiation: Head of AP, AP Director, CFO
Territory Covered: Benelux, Netherlands, Western Europe
Average Order Values: $50,000-$150,000
Typical Sales Cycles: 3-12 months
Target: 5 meetings set per month
Onboarding Information: 2 weeks of understanding the software, followed by 1-to-1 mentoring
Working Location: Remote in Netherlands
