Customer Success Manager

The Role:
- Managing accounts across Spain and Italy
- Building and managing long term relationships (C-level to operations)
- Retaining and developing the customers portfolio
- Preventing Churn
- Driving revenue by growing existing accounts, through upsell and cross-sell
- Monitoring your KPIs and your monthly targets
- Sending commercial proposals
- Reaching monthly targets of retention and sales growth
- Being a team player and work closely with the Sales, Product and Marketing teams

You Should Apply If:
- 2+ years CSM experience within SaaS (preferably Marketing Technology)
- You speak fluent Spanish and English. Italian would be a bonus
- Familiar with CSM tools and processes
- Experience working with C-Levels
- Strong skills in upselling and retention
What You Get:
