The Role:

  • Managing accounts across Spain and Italy
  • Building and managing long term relationships (C-level to operations)
  • Retaining and developing the customers portfolio
  • Preventing Churn
  • Driving revenue by growing existing accounts, through upsell and cross-sell
  • Monitoring your KPIs and your monthly targets
  • Sending commercial proposals
  • Reaching monthly targets of retention and sales growth
  • Being a team player and work closely with the Sales, Product and Marketing teams

You Should Apply If:

  • 2+ years CSM experience within SaaS (preferably Marketing Technology)
  • You speak fluent Spanish and English. Italian would be a bonus
  • Familiar with CSM tools and processes
  • Experience working with C-Levels
  • Strong skills in upselling and retention
