Job Title: Sales Engineer – SaaS (Risk/Fraud)
Location: London
The Role:
- Partner with the Sales Team to introduce products and solutions to prospects
- Understand prospects’ needs and design high-quality presentations to meet their requirements
- Create comprehensive business and technical collateral
- Support the Partner ecosystems in creating the best fit solution for prospects/customers
- Prepare and deliver product demonstrations emphasizing key values of the solution
- Understand the technical environment, technology landscape, business requirements, and evaluation scope
- Serve as the trusted tech advisor for customers, partners, and other teams

The Ideal Candidate:
- Degree in Computer Science or a related field
- 3+ years of experience in Technical Account Management, Sales Engineering, or Support Engineering in the B2B enterprise Software/SaaS/payments industry
- Good knowledge of HTTP, JavaScript, RESTful APIs, JSON, OAuth, and SQL
- Strong customer focus with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills to effectively present technical concepts to both technical and business audiences
